Cristóbal Zamorano

  Hi everyone, this time i'm going to talk about my major and how did i get there. When i was a child I dreamed with traveling to space and see different planets and stars. When I was in 8th grade I became interested in psychology. In my school there were many talks about vocation and what we really wanted to be. In one of those talks I realized that I liked music more and that I had a great time playing the trumpet, so I finally decided to study music. At the beginning it was difficult because my parents did not accept it, obviously the change from physics to music was not very good for them, but my head teacher, my high school music teacher and my trumpet teacher supported me in my decision and convinced my parents. I don't feel very comfortable at the university but thanks to my classmates and the community it has been a great year of learning and advancing together. They have also been a support and backing for my future.

 Hello everyone, my name is Cristóbal Zamorano, better known as Kaxano. I am 23 years old and i was born in Santiago. I'm studying music specifically trumpet performance. Since I was a child I have always been linked to music as my parents play instruments and sing in church.  First I started singing, then I played metallophone, then Kena and at school I joined a big band and they told me to play trumpet, from there I did not stop since I played trumpet everywhere. In my family we are my parents, my older brother and my two younger sisters. We are very different but we get along great and to be honest it's fun to live with multiple personalities.
